thoughts on a rainy day

  • Damn Murphy's law. T'was a bright sunny day, and the moment i stepped out of the house for my 2:30 class.. guess what? RAIN. BIGTIME RAINDROPS. I walked from area 2 to eng'g and my pants-- dripping wet up to knee-high. Two. The moment I arrived at eng'g i almost shouted a curse. RAIN'S GONE. Three. We have to transfer to another room.. and that room froze the hell out of me.
  • It's not so bad to raise your hand after all. No matter how dumb your professor thinks your answer is, more often than not some of your classmates are thinking about that "dumb" idea too.
  • Do not underestimate the simplest concepts/things. Weak foundation = weak structure
  • I had observed that most relationships today are built on desperation and impulsiveness. Not good.(i am single, don't over-analyze) As so, it is not always "say yes all the time and you won't regret", "never  say never", "live every moment", "seize the day" and all that blahs. looking back, there are things i never would have wanted to happen, things i wish i never thought of that haunting question-- what if. true, you won't move forward but  in all decisions in life, doing nothing is always an option that has to be considered.
