4am. I decided to not sleep.
I looked in the mirror and I saw my thin eyebrows. Whoever started the notion that graduation pictures have to be like this -- I am terribly annoyed. When we grow older, imagine looking at a yearbook with thousands of pictures of women who look like drag queens and men with lipstick and greasy hair. Sure we all looked "better" but how would you even recognize these people ten, twenty years from now?
I frantically refreshed my visual memory of how my gradpic looked like this morning. Dammit. I should've worn my glasses.

ONE. your facebook profile picture is prolly the most unsecured element in your facebook account. You can almost hide anything from people you're not friends with, except for the profile picture. So please (this is me speaking as a concerned friend) CHANGE YOURS. All I can really see is besides your gorgeous hair is your deep cleavage and shorts. (contorting your body.. that's genius) I can't even see your face. Quit playing the pademure act, somebody took this shit--because obviously, looking the picture, even idiots can tell you were the one holding the camera. If you are doing this to lure boys, (jerks that is) I am totally sure you will be successful in your quest. Congratulations.
TWO. Quit calling your boyfriend "asawa ko" when you're never really legally married and quit posting all the near sex pictures because quite frankly NO ONE CARES. I repeat. NO. ONE. FREAKIN. CARES. did you see that the only likes your album garnered is from you and your lover (perhaps a perv using it as his porn) For all you know, you won't end up together and you'll have to erase every thing, for all you know your destined someone might see this atrocity. Oh sure people supported you when you changed your relationship status, you got about a hundred likes and comments but that's really all we need to know. Btw, typing "muah muah" is equally disgusting.
Ugh.

maggots part 2
turns out there are loads of complaints towards various chocolate brands like hersheys, cadbury, nestle, godiva, mars etc.(long list. try the keywords "chocolate" and "maggots" you'll find loads of stories.) this is shocking, really. so now i am in the process of doing researches about this (yey! i am currently committed to four projects and i'm doing another one. sounds fun?) hopefully i can come up with a solution and then maybe, i don't know, open my own chocolate company or something. 'til then, to all you people out there, learn to INSPECT. yes, contestants in fear factor eat these live maggots but you can never tell what will happen, are you really that dumb to risk your life?
be wary and stay safe everyone.

maggots(yes, plural) in my kitkat
my favorite snack failed me. good thing i always inspect my food before i shove it down my throat. wow. if i hadn't i would've eaten a live maggot. i immediately ran and threw it away. but then i realized i should've taken a picture. ah. regrets. so i immediately googled for similar cases.

Well, if I still ate them, I would eat them like the anonymous person who holds position #1, which is the way I USED to eat them. I do NOT eat them anymore because of the time I was eating one at work. I was busily working away and had it in its wrapper on my lap. I had eaten 3.5 of the 4 quadrants when I stopped snarfing long enough to actually look at what I was eating. Maggots were crawling out of the half piece that was left. I had eaten all the rest of them. I crumpled the tiny bit of candy and few remaining maggots up in the wrapper and threw it away while chugging a bunch of Pepsi and trying to remain calm. I told myself that people in Africa, and in a whole bunch of other places I never want to go, eat bugs all the time. It’s no big deal. It’s no big deal. It’s no big deal.
It worked. I went back to typa-typa-typing forcing myself to not think about it. But then something caught my eye. It was a lone, white maggot wiggling around on my black-skirt-clad lap wondering where all his brothers and sisters were. I stared at him flipping his maggoty tail back and forth, back and forth, trying to recite my No Big Deal mantra. But no dice. I bolted for the bathroom and barfed up the whole gang.
True story. And one that should help that South Beach diet along nicely!-----------------
*Ah, so it's 2011 already and there are still maggots. investigate some more Rowntree!

here's someone who actually took a picture, from http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/General-Discussion/Is-There-A-Maggot-in-my-KitKat/td-p/11074266

here you go: another one,
from http://www.naturallycurly.com/curltalk/non-hair-discussion/81411-i-found-maggot-my-food.htmlGood lord I've never seen a maggot that big. That's the giagantic breed found in the middle of the jungle! Could you imagine seeing or running into that!!! ACK!!!!
When I was little my grandma use to give me candy alllllll the time. I was eating a KitKat once and bit into it....and there was 2 maggots. I almost died. I ran to the bathroom and threw up but blamed it on a stomach ache. I didn't have the heart to tell my grandma there were maggots in the candy. Just warned my sister and we fake ate the candy for the rest of the years
Maggots are fly larvaes, they can hatch inside, the larvae can penetrate and implant themselves into the host's organs, causing internal damage such as bacterial infections, sepsis and, if untreated, death. ---------------

see that. kitkat almost killed me.
kitkat is such a big company. you should really take this seriously, kitkat. i looked through the wrapper and there were no holes which means either the maggots have magically traversed through the wrapper or the maggots were there EVEN BEFORE it was packaged. i don't know. darnit i am now picturing in my head the production floor of kitkat, maggot-infested and millions of it to be produced around the globe. scary shit.
commercial: here is an awesome video you that will make you gag, http://www.metacafe.com/watch/343638/worms_in_the_candy_bar/
there are some chocolates who get the maggots/insects during storage but dear chocolate companies, the distribution part, is still your freakin responsibility, assure that your products reach your customers while they are still fresh and not rotting with satisfied maggots. now excuse me, i have to barf.
